The Firm is made up of well-focused and virile Legal Practitioners with passion for efficiency and excellence in the practice of law.

Our Practice has over ten (10) legal practitioners working in our office and over five (5) paralegal staff. The Firm is experienced in acting for commercial clients, international consultants, international contractors, global lenders, and international sponsors, private and governmental – public sector institutions.

All members of our staff are fully trained and competent in all areas of legal project management. Our team negotiates and draft frameworks for joint venture agreements. We are also experienced in drafting, amending and vetting engineering, procurement and construction contracts. We have a sound knowledge of Mergers and acquisitions. We also assist with sourcing out, negotiating and documenting financing of projects.

The team is vastly experienced in all areas of Corporate/Company and Commercial practice law, oil and gas law, entertainment law and litigation/arbitration.

We ensure that throughout the duration of the projects that we undertake, our clients are fully updated on the progress of the work through the means of our superb information technology.

We also have a well-equipped Litigation Department. It comprises of skilful advocates as well as a well-stocked library.
